Checkers Games

The game of checkers uses 6 pieces called "Six piece Checkers", 10 pieces called "Ten piece Checkers", and 15 pieces called "Fifteen piece Checkers". Checkers is a puzzle board game that is suitable for all ages and widely circulated. When this type of chess piece is introduced to China, it is called "Bo Zi Qi", and in essence, checkers did not originate in China.

The rules of checkers game are very simple. The movement of chess pieces can be carried out step by step in six adjacent directions connected by a straight line. If there is a chess piece of any side in the adjacent position, and the next position in the straight line direction is empty, it can be "jumped" directly to the empty space. During the "jumping" process, as long as the same conditions are met, it can be continued. Whoever first occupies all the positions directly opposite will win. I understand it as soon as I play, so almost everyone has played checkers.

At the beginning of the checkers game, each player controls a certain number of pieces of different colors, which are placed in specific positions on the board. The player's goal is to move all their pieces to a specific area of the opponent's camp (usually the other end or bottom of the board) by jumping, and the player who completes this task first is the winner.

In the game of checkers, players can only move their pieces along the lines of the chessboard. If there is an empty space in front of one's own chess piece and there is an opponent's chess piece in the next position (usually diagonally) adjacent to the empty space, one's own chess piece can skip the opponent's chess piece and occupy the empty space behind it. The opponent's pieces that have been skipped will be removed from the board. Players need to consider how to effectively impede the progress of their opponent's pieces while moving them, and even lure them into an inescapable situation through clever layout.

The ending of the checkers game is based on the principle of speed, using techniques to enter the opponent's position as quickly as possible. For checkers, there is a principle of finishing: fast, which means pursuing the minimum number of steps. The final requirement is that you must understand the efficacy of each position's sub, the arrangement and reasonable use of sub force layout, and most importantly, establish the concept of step count. Regardless of the process, the minimum number of steps is the top priority.
